The ICON Brothers are a home-grown club of young men in Freetown, who actively contribute to communal peacebuilding and development processes in the hope that a better future and more opportunities for everyone will arise.
The group engages in several communal activities, such as organizing events to bring together different communities (e.g.: “Soccer for Peace”) or theater plays. The ICON brothers are not formally registered as an organization and currently receive no financial and/or technical support.
